 Process therapy

  • A therapeutic process begins with an assessment session lasting 90 minutes irrespective of which type of therapy (individual/couple/family) you are seeking. In the first session we assess your needs, the problem(s) you want to address and our chemistry.

    Beyond the therapeutic approach it’s the “therapeutic alliance” between the client and the therapist that is proven to be an important factor for any form of therapeutic approach to be effective. View the first session as a “chemistry” check.

  • If we decide it’s a good match we structure the process to match your goal for therapy as well as your current life situation.

    Throughout the process, we will regularly check if the sessions are contributing positively to your life and adjust as needed.

  • Payment after session via MobilePay nr. 36296 or bank transfer as agreed.

    Online sessions: First session is to be paid in advance.

    Bundles are paid in advance and durable 6 months from purchase date. Bundles are personal and non-refundable.

    Subsequent billing occurs after each session via Mobile Pay or via bank transfer.

    International transfers must be in DKK and are subject to a DKK 60,- fee.

  • Sessions take place either in the clinic or online via Zoom.

    Sessions can take place in the privacy of your home or business with an additional transportation fee depending on your location. You can book your session here

  • Cancellations must be made via email or SMS at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Monday sessions must be cancelled Friday before noon.

    Later cancellations will be invoiced as a full session.
