A therapeutic process begins with an assessment session lasting 90 minutes irrespective of which type of therapy (individual/couple/family) you are seeking. In the first session we assess your needs, the problem(s) you want to address and our chemistry. Beyond the therapeutic approach it’s the “therapeutic alliance” between the client and the therapist that is proven to be an important factor for any form of therapeutic approach to be effective. If we decide it’s a good match we structure the process to match your goal for therapy as well as your current life situation. Throughout the process, we will regularly check if the sessions are contributing positively to your life and adjust as needed.

Payment upfront before the first session. Bundles are paid in advance and are non-refundable, non-referable and durable 6 months from purchase date.Subsequent billing occurs after each session or at the end of the month according to agreement.

Sessions take place either in my clinic at Bernstorff Slot, Jægersborg Allé 93, 2830 Gentofte or online via Zoom. Sessions can take place in the privacy of your home or business with an additional transportation fee depending on your location. You can book your session here
