About me

I'm deeply committed to making a positive impact by cultivating sustainable relationships, diversity, inclusivity, and safety, both privately and in professional settings.

I believe in empowering individuals and organizations to overcome relationship barriers, fostering awareness, and unlocking the hero within each person.

My passion lies in reducing ego, shame, and fear of vulnerability to foster genuine human connections, contributing to a more compassionate and understanding world.

My own Hero’s Journey

Drawing from my experiences as a four-time former expat - spanning student life, young professional endeavors, expat spouse roles, and navigating dual-career partnerships - I've come to understand the profound impact of personal leadership, authenticity, and cultural curiosity.

My journey, filled with its share of challenges and triumphs across diverse cultural landscapes, has ignited a passion for fostering resilience and authenticity in others, whether they're individuals, couples, families or leaders in organizations committed to diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging DIBE.

As a certified psychotherapist, coupled with a background in behavioral analysis and intercultural management, I specialize in empowering both individuals and organizations to unlock their fullest potential.

Committed to enhancing the well-being of expats and fostering security in intercultural teams, I collaborate closely with corporate decision-makers and diversity leaders to create environments where everyone can thrive.

My mission is to empower individuals and organizations alike to navigate today's diverse global landscape with confidence, authenticity, and resilience. Fostering strong relationships - across cultures.
