Why therapy?

Therapy provides perspective and tools for personal development, increased well-being, and improved relationships.

Sessions will enhance your self-awareness, helping you identify, understand, and address the challenges you are facing in new ways.

With this new and deeper awareness on how to handle difficult situations, you can strengthen your options for action and achieve the changes you desire.

Whether participating individually, as a couple, or a family, the sessions will be beneficial for addressing the issues affecting you and your relationships.

Approach & method

I’m specialized in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, families and individuals.

This approach is psychodynamic, systemic and attachment-theory based.

It means we place your current struggles into your context and emotional experience so you get a better understanding of your coping strategies, and how to make new experiences that bring you what you're longing for in your life.

I invite you to read around this website to get a sense of how we match. Or better yet book an assessment session to clarify if I’m the right match to support you.
